- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.

- Cosmetics and makeup products (unless unopened and sealed).
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer.
2. Conditions for Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of being opened, used, or tampered with.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
- To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- If you prefer an exchange, the same product (or a product of equal value) can be sent to you, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Please keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item to assist with the claim.
7. Final Sale Items:
- Products on sale or discounted (Final Sale) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
8. International Returns:
- Currently, we only accept returns within Pakistan. International returns are not accepted.
