1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Skincare products that have been opened or used.
    • Cosmetics and makeup products (unless unopened and sealed).
    • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer.

2. Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of being opened, used, or tampered with.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If you prefer an exchange, the same product (or a product of equal value) can be sent to you, subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Please keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item to assist with the claim.

7. Final Sale Items:

  • Products on sale or discounted (Final Sale) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

8. International Returns:

  • Currently, we only accept returns within Pakistan. International returns are not accepted.
